; We offer replacements only if the product is received in a damaged condition, has a manufacturing defect, or if the wrong item was delivered.
; Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
; A clear Unboxing Video is mandatory, showing the package being opened for the first time and highlighting the defect.
; Without a valid unboxing video, replacement requests will not be entertained.
Items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.
